Hello i sold a card collection online that i collected for my whole life & the buyer paid for it in cash which was fine as i didnt mind helping him avoid a postage fee. He claimed several days after receiving it that the collection was not as i listed it and i am 100% possitive it was, i even offered to buy up a few extra cards to send him just in case by some accident i am wrong and he was in fact correct about the issue to correct the mistake. he has now opened a dispute case on the item & destroyed my 100% possitive feedback!!! my problem here is how do i know he didnt just take the valuable cards out & claim they are not to steal from me?? & my feedback being ruined for unjust reasons? how do i fix this problem and issue any help??

Only add a follow up comment if eBay refuses to remove the negative, otherwise the neg will be removed but your follow up comment will remain, and therefore draw attention to the fact that there was a problem.
No, that only applies if comment is removed and the dot stays, when NEG FB is removed the whole thing goes.

Yes, that does make more sense! The reason I said this was because I recently saw a case of a false positive left for a buyer, the buyer left follow up feedback refuting the comment and then reported it. The false positive comment was removed but not the follow-up ...
anyhow, back on topic . . . .
