It has nothing to do with eBay, it has to do with the seller. Fastway, actually, but the seller chooses the carrier, not eBay.

Ebay need to do some due diligence with the use of Fastway Couriers and having Fastway advertising Ebay .
This Fastway company is an absolute disgrace and tarnishes Ebay by association.
As a Buyer I WILL NOT BUY ANY EBay ITEM until I confirm shipping is NOT with Fastway and as a Seller I will never ship with them as I'm sure to get Negative Feedback because of their extremely shocking service.
Ebay needs to read the long history of social media scathing reviews of this buisness and their Company Ethos.

EBay has absolutely nothing to do with what carriers sellers choose to send their items. EBay couldn't care less if it was sent via horse and cart. As a seller you should know it's the seller that chooses it. Not eBay.

Fastway will not deliver to PAKEN UPPER but deliver to PAKENHAM.
I have to wait for Fastway to contact sender with agreement to pay extra charge because it gets transferred to an Agent.
The parcel value is $22.00 and I can see the parcel being returned to sender!
I rang Fastway and the Asian sounding customer service officer, whom I had trouble understanding mumbled about extra charge, but not an offer to pickup from one of their "PARCEL CONNECT" Depots which would have solved the enormous delay I am forced to endure!
Fastway have not got any better over the past 25 years when I coind them "SLOWWAY".
There is nothing fast about their service apart from possibly payment options.

Also a Fastway victim. Never received my parcel. Never got a calling card even though they said they visited the property (liars).
Judging by their reputation,I probably will never get it.
I am requesting a refund from the seller. I have already told them not to use Fastway. Take a look at all the complaints on the internet.

As much as it galls me to say so, I have a very good relationship with Fastway now.
I have been getting regular deliveries from a pharmaceutical company in Queensland (I am in Sydney) for about 3 years now. I place my order on Sunday night and it is delivered in Sydney early on Tuesday.
The difference between this company and most ebay sellers is that the order form allows the customer to request a Safe Drop of the parcel. I have mobility issues and often cannot get to the door to accept deliveries and unless a courier can Safe Drop I just don't order from the seller/company.
