Promotional links have stopped working ? cant access the page dead

Hi have received several promotion offer Free listings & FVF etc  over and above my nomal 40 freebie listing a month .However  when i try to activate the offer  a new page opens on my PC and comes up with a dead link  . I have the seller hub set up (which i find is realy good )  and the latest window explorer .I've tried the link nearly every day for the past week  Anyone else having difficulties

I'm having the same problem, the RSVP links don't respond in the browser.

But www.isitdownrightnow.com shows that this subdomain is currently working, so I don't know what's going on there.

When I accepted the offer over the weekend, it took AGES for the page to load. I thought it was going to stay on white screen and then it eventually appeared saying I'd accepted the offer. It was the same on Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
