Questions to sellers - unanswered. Does this effect your rating?

And another thing, on my Seller Dashboard or whatever that Overview screen, it indicates that I have an unanswered question from a Buyer.  Does this impact on my rating as a Seller?

Actually I have two situations - one is some lonely old guy who made a ridiculous offer on something & now keeps messaging about his life.  The other is from some dubious Russian buyers who persist in wanting to send something to them.

Won't affect your rating.

To the right of items in your selling list is a small drop down menu, you can select 'mark as answered".

You can also add any member to your BBL and tick the box to block communication as well.
