want to cancel a sale without refund

I need to cancel a sale without a refund through Ebay ,as I already refunded with Paypal...I had to cancel sale because of item damage but Ebay want to refund through them . As I refunded the customer through Paypal I dont want to refund him double.....

Bulk Edit facility

Are we still able to "bulk edit'? If so where do I find it. Doesn't come up when I search Help & I can't find it anywher in Seller Hub. Has it been discontinued?
