I need my funds that are on hold. I thought by selling unwanted items this might help with the cost of living. Please give me my funds. eBay gets paid instantly what about the seller. I used eBay as a seller years ago and did not have this problem.

Other members cannot give you your funds
As far as eBay are concerned what you did as a seller years ago does not come into it
You need to be fully signed up to Managed Payments and verified to sell before you sell
You then have a 30 day hold on funds, as every new seller and every seller who has not sold in a long time does
Which is part of what you agreed to when you listed and ticked the 'you have read and understood' box
Did you indeed complete sign up to Managed Payments?
Did you upload tracking for the posted items?
Nobody has left you feedback so far either
If you did upload tracking, and if buyers had left positive feedback, you may have been able to contact eBay and they might have released your funds early (I do say might)
If you have not completed sign up to Managed Payments, you will not get the funds at all until you do
And if not, best end your current listings until you get it done
*To add, some of your currently listed items also show as completed items
Did you have more than one of each?
Or did the buyer not pay and you relisted (if that is the case, did you cancel with the reason 'buyer did not pay' so you get your fees back?
