Just thought I'd share this.
I sold an item that was pick up only and cash only on pick up.
Buyer paid via PayPal. I explained it was cash only on pick up and refunded PayPal payment. Buyer was totally ok with this. Came by picked up item and paid cash. All good!
Just checked my Seller Performance Dashboard - BANG - copped a defect for being "out of Stock" and refunding buyers payment.
Rang eBay and they cannot explain why this happened but have agreed to remove the defect.
