Request for Refund of Unused Shipping Label Fee

Dear eBay Support,

I am writing to request a refund for a shipping label fee that was charged to my account. I downloaded the label but did not use it, and the package was never shipped with this labe

You needed to have cancelled the label yourself, within the time limit

eBay have no way of knowing if you use the label or not

Under orders > postage labels > cancel label

You have 5 days from time of generation in which to cancel a postage label, then you need to wait about 10 weeks for Australia Post to verify the label has not been used, before a refund will be processed by ebay.
