I had a few last week came up with the deprecated message,  I think it was because the listings had  7 days for national returns

and  International returns not accepted,  seeing as they were not international listings I saw no reason to include international returns, so I just changed the National returns to  Not Accepted,  then it accepted the listings without further problems.  I dare say that they want us to increase the returns limit, but cancelling them alltogether does the job.

eBay has withdrawn the option to have anything less than a 30-day timeframe for returns, so if yours are set to 7 or 14 day returns, that's probably the cause of the error.

Do you have anything written in the policy field?

Unfortunately, they are also withdrawing the option to write additional info or terms, so if you have text there, deleting it might also remove the error.

If you have a restocking fee defined that could also be causing it as that is also being removed.
