“I followed eBay return procedures, however the buyer-provided return tracking shows delivery to a different country than my registered seller address. I’m posting to highlight a potential loophole that may impact other sellers.”
I included the screenshot. Since I’m an Australian seller and the item was returned to the UK instead of being delivered to me in Australia, I lost 1.5K. I have canceled the international shipping option from my listing.
Sandy Brach not in Australia its scootland area.
Im trying to save other fellows .
Kind regards

Thank you for the support, friends. In last appeal, I have been told that I need to keep an eye on my email to send them proofs; however, I get the same answer: NO, without any chance.
They don't wish to examine the evidence. If they did, they would know I would win.

I know this doesn't change eBay's decision but I'm just throwing out some thoughts...
Did you ever manage to contact Royal Mail ?
Looking at the tracking and when it 'arrived' at the Overseas International Processing Centre at Heathrow......
I've read stories of people complaining their parcel's been stuck there for anything between 7-10 days.
They say so themselves that processing time can double in busy periods like Christmas.
IMO, it would almost be impossble for your parcel to have 'left' the centre at any time of the year so quickly,
let alone Christmas week.

I attempted various methods, including asking the customer to file the complaint—though she likely won't—since Royal Mail does not provide an email option online, and I can't do it myself as I am not the sender. Remember ,that the buyer had already failed twice prior to this tracking.Thank you once more; I will attempt to reach out to Royal Mail tomorrow. I truly value your assistance.
