How does a return actually work? A buyer has requested a return (disagreement about the colour) so I pressed the Accept Return button - "you have agreed to accept a return".
Then it seems to imply that the buyer can print out their own return label through the ebay labels?
Or do I have to do something else - like purchase a label first?

View the return, if it shows waiting for buyer to send/ship the item, then you are not required to do anything else.
