I had a bad review from someone who said that I didn’t say the item was for kids in the headline. I did however write it in the description.
if she didn’t read the description, why should I get a bad review?
what can I do?

quite possibly, it would be nice if you got an alert to negs. I had one a few months ago, I have heaps of sales, but don't watch the feedback so it slipped through for a couple of weeks. Similiar situation actually size of the item was in the description, but they thought it was small for the dollars. I ignored it, no point calling them a turkey in reply. I don't believe in the old saying the customer is always right, but it reflects badly on you if you call them an idiot.
