I thought you could revise the sale cost of the item after sale.
They decided to pick up the item instead, so I already had postage included - free.
I wanted to discount so.
Is it too late?
Thanks

All good.
I was just wondering.
I did not think there was a wat to refund.. but you never know.
You don't have to issue it as a refund - you can just send them the money outside of the eBay transaction using the email address on their paypal account.

Ok thanks.
I think it is almost better to have postage seperate for the purpose of people who wish to pick up.
Thanks again.

Just refund your discount to their Paypal account if they have already paid or accept less money on the day thet pick up. No biggie.

Your forgot to mention to then call eBay and demand a refund of the few cents in fees. After all, every cent counts.

Oh for crying out loud....... If a trader can't work out a number that works for all at the time of handover, what are they doing in business?
Really? I've just about had enough of this (but not quite enough of the amusing little bottle of red that I am currently "necking" - is that the correct expression?).
Best wishes to all,
Marina.
