Sales fees

Please help. I sold the item 23-14220-63113. The eBay mistakenly issued two postage labels. I was not able to delete the postage label with wrong RETURN address. As the result of the mistake, I had been charged twice for the same postage. The first Label have Tracking no. ***903 with wrong RETURN ADRESS. The charge for it is $11.44 The correct postage label Tracking no. ***505. The charge is $ 29.39. The item delivered to correct address. The problem is regarding the fees I had been charged for two Postage labels instead of one. Please issue the rebate of $11.44. As per the information on the order sale, I should receive Order ***113 Nikon AF-S Micro NIKKOR 105mm f/2.8 G ED VR + one owner + Manual - Near Mint. [buyer name/username removed] Completed AU $711.44-AU $95.64AU $615.80AU. I have received $574.97 to my bank account. Please rectify the sales fee. With regards Olga

Re: Sales fees

You had 5 days from the time the label was generated, to cancel the label.  If you failed to cancel the label in the allotted time, then the charges are valid.

If the label is not canceled, ebay and AP can not verify if the label has been used.

Perhaps some could think before they answer ?

The OP , who has never posted on the forum before,  writes "Please help"

and has very  possibly looked at the top of the eBay Community Board  which shows

"Find answers, ask questions, and connect with our community of consumers and specialists"

then receives this type of answer:

"I highly doubt anyone here even knew of your existence prior to seeing your post. With this in mind, you've got three chances of getting anyone making a donation to some random they don't know - slim, Buckley's and sweet FA."

Perhaps someone could let me know who  these so called  'specialists'  are ?!
