You need to think of eBay as a shopping mall. You are paying a fee/commission to host on eBay's platform & what they do around your listing is up to them (which you would would have agreed to in the T&Cs)
Like a shopping mall, a buyer may walk past many other stores before arriving at your store. There may be other clothing shops and even a car parts retailer. You cannot control what other stores sell/advertise etc (just like eBay).
I'd be happy if the other items shown were of no relevance to what I was selling (better than showing other sellers exact same item at a lower price)
