I have had a deduction from earning with the label seller-co-funded voucher. What is this? I certainly did not issue a voucher. At $126 it is not insignificant.

Is it 14% you had to co-fund?

I can't edit my reply any more.
I just wanted to say that's what these co-funded vouchers appear to be, but there might have been some changes in over 2 years.
You should have received a message from eBay too (like the seller in the thread above).

sounds like you opted into a promo in which you fund a portion of the discount

I had one for a few hundred ahead of a Black Friday Promo. Why is the voucher charge applied before the sale?

Not by yelling at other members in Australia on a year old topic when you are in the USA
I am surprised you get these given your very poor feedback

You should ask this on the US boards, not the Australian ones.
But to be honest, you should be looking at the negs and neutrals on your feedback.
97.4% as a high-volume seller is not good at all....................
Edit. We're on the same page there Sandy.
