Just had a bit of a laugh..........
I sometimes buy items from ebay to resell. I purchased half a dozen pretty obscure things from a seller a couple of years ago and threw them in the filing cabinets in the garage with the idea that I would get around to listing them one day. As I,m winding down my ebay businesses I am starting to dig around in the filing cabinets finding long forgotten treasures to sell.
I listed the half dozen items yesterday arvo with a healthy mark up and was suprised to find 3 of the 6 sold by the morning.........To the same guy I originally purchased them from ........

Haha! That's definitely worth a chuckle.

Or perhaps sellers revenge? hahahaha

He obviously always liked them, then.
Probably you made his day, relisting. He must have thought they were gone forever.

I must admit, I have had a few very nice items come through the stores that I agonised about selling, but eventually let them go. Probably the pick was a complete set of owners books for a classic Ferrari all set in the original leather wallet with rising horse motif stamped into the leather. They where in mint condition and sold for quite a few hundred dollars....... But I still miss them.
Another pick item was a set of blueprints for a classic British racing car. I cant remember the exact model, but it was one of the well known brands. They ended up selling to a British motoring museum..........Again I wish I had hung onto them.
The house and sheds are stacked high with treasures, so I suppose some things have to go, but there is still a few items I will never part with.
