Selling 500Gb PS4 (Jet Black) Original Box + HDMI (Brand New) Is this Fraud/Deception?

I am selling a 500Gb PS4 (Jet Black) Original Box + HDMI (Brand New) people are buying them for $200 I said it does not include the PS4,ect is that called Fraud,Deception? Ect I have clearly stated that they are the Original Boxes and comes with a brand new HDMI.

I suspect this thread is meant as advertising.

They expect that if people read it, they will think the 'seller' is honest as they have asked the question. And will thus suspend all commonsense and buy nothing for a lot.

I know you didn't - I was referring to the OP's... OP, because the PS4 box (as I mentioned) had the same MO, and they still had to ask if it was fraud / deception.

Your listing is misleading - you claim to offer savings of $350 - that is only when buying the console not just the empty box. An empty box does not cost $400.  You are comparing an empty box to a packaged product - that is misleading and deceptive.

Your postage charges are ridiculously high - easily no more than $12 to post an empty box, and possiblly could send it parcel rate for under $10 if under 500gms.

Looking at your completed listings, I'm wondering does that also mean that your listing....

If this is the case and I was the winning bidder, I would be pretty peeved to receive "empty" boxes after forking out +$850.

Plus, the fact that you are charging $44.40 postage for empty boxes when these could easily be sent for under $12 would leave one to believe that you are deliberately trying to deceive buyers into thinking they are buying the above named products and not just empty boxes.

Also the fact that you state these items are worth +$1800.00 is also misleading and deceptive because it leads buyers to believe they are purchasing the actual items and again not just empty boxes if this is the case and you are selling just empty boxes. Add to that, you are advertising charging blocks included which again leads a buyer to believe they are buying the products that come with a charging block not just an empty box!

I would be getting ready to receive negative feedback not to mention a Dispute lodged, (if as I mentioned, your listing was simply for empty boxes). If this is the case, I would quick smart cancel the transaction.
