Selling all our stock, closing our store.

We are closing our shop here and looking to find out if anyway to sell our stock in one transaction. Currently mainly sell ;  Jewellery, Stamps and Cigarette cards...............+ a few other odds and ends. 

Otherwise we will just take it all to the local charity shop for them to sell (we don't have a problem with doing that }, just wondering is there a facility/process on eBay to handle the sale here.

Have never seen one before, just thought I would ask before we begin the process. 

It would make sense for them to have a special category where sellers could advertise?

Any advice would be appreciated.

This might be the best category - 46689 Business > Websites & Businesses for Sale > Internet Businesses.

You could run an auction & state that it includes everything still listed on eBay (minus any sales that occur during the duration of the auction). If it sells, then end the remainder of you listings.

There might be other ways to advertise it (eg FB Marketplace etc).

If people can see your current listings & recent sales, it would be a more viable proposition than just the words eg cigarette cards, jewellery, stamps etc,.

Thanks very much for the advice, I will start checking it out.

Our store is still live so our stock is visible to anyone who might be interested. 

Would consider most offers, so will have a look and see if we can find a way.

In your ABOUT you could put a BIN for the whole lot, or you could bulk edit your descriptions and do the same there.

If you get any interest you would then have to do a special listing for that buyer.

I’m not sure about the Mystery Box category……will look it up

Mystery Box might be cumbersome, so you could separate your categories and sell as ‘bulk lots’

Personally, I would do a BIN listing for all items for a price you are happy to sell at with make an offer and leave all listings up. 
Then you can state in your all items listing that items can be seen in your store. 
A simple way.

I know nothing about the items you sell but sorry to say they are clearly not sought after by buyers judging by your sales. At the moment you are selling say $10 per month so it is not a viable business and it looks like a sizable amount of handling to $ return ratio so even asking 10 cents on the dollar for your stock is going to be hard.

Why not message other eBay sellers in your area that are currently in that category and invite expressions of interest to buy as a bulk lot (listed as such on eBay for them)?

I know that a lot of re-sellers look for bulk lots of items through marketplace so there is another avenue
