Selling feedback

Why can you only rate a selling transaction as POSITIVE in the feedback regardless of how the buyer performed ?

thecatspjs, I was about to suggest trying Free post on the cheaper items in your store but you've done that already. For anyone wanting to boost their DSR for post cost, Free post gives an automatic 5 stars. eBay also recommends it now.

Hi soul Smiley Happy

I have experimented with free post, knowing that it was likely to deter buyers that make multiple purchases having a combined post discount in mind.

IMO this is exactly what has happened and I am slowly reducing the number of listings with Free Post as it has never resulted in more sales, and I think may have contributed to a decrease in sales overall  Smiley Sad

I did have one buyer that was happy with free post and mentioned in their feedback Smiley Happy  though I think I much prefer to aspire to feedback that makes glowing comments on excellent service and references high satisfication with goods purchased.
