Why can you only rate a selling transaction as POSITIVE in the feedback regardless of how the buyer performed ?

Hi soul
I have experimented with free post, knowing that it was likely to deter buyers that make multiple purchases having a combined post discount in mind.
IMO this is exactly what has happened and I am slowly reducing the number of listings with Free Post as it has never resulted in more sales, and I think may have contributed to a decrease in sales overall
I did have one buyer that was happy with free post and mentioned in their feedback though I think I much prefer to aspire to feedback that makes glowing comments on excellent service and references high satisfication with goods purchased.
