I had a very bad experience with a scammer, looking at his feedback he has a history of claiming "item not received" and "quantity less than ordered" to many sellers. In my case, I had both type of claims from him from different transactions and end up losing a lot of money.
It's safe to say he is a serial scammer. PM me if you want to know more.
Save the tips on how to report him to ebay, I don't have the time and energy to waste on... I just want to help other sellers here.

e-cigarettes are the best invention in the past 10 yrs for me
i was a smoker for 30yrs now saved thousands by useing e-cigaretes
there only illegal in my eyes because the goverment aint makeing any money from them
the taxs on a cigarette is embarrising
$180 for a carton of benson and hedges in australia
$20 for the same carton duty free in most countries
the health benefits alone from useing e-cigaretes should make them legal
just my thoughts
i was in paddys sydney mkts last friday 3 sellers were openely selling e-cigarettes and the juice
im in w.a and they are totally banned for sale at any mkts
i get my supplies from nz
I hear the non-smokers - a product that seemingly works to break the cycle !
... and understand totally the angst of some if eBay have got their policy basis incorrect
... but I am still yet to read a post that actually links to a reliable source that demonstrates that retailers are actually free to list non-nicotine e-cigarettes and their components Australia wide - in a ll states - that would be OK within all current state and territories legislation - without a trader breaching eBay policy and copping a violation due to their policy OR more importantly not potentially facing prosecution through an item that does at the moment appear to be banned in some states.

@joethenuts wrote:ok so you can smoke them on a plane a train an office in a cafe, a school , , well fair enough you must be right.
as i read on here they are healthy , maybe mcdonalds should sell them instead of salads, why not school canteens,
have a nice day
I have seen people "smoking" them at the local shopping centre while having lunch, the cinema, various stores around town and have even seen both management and patients smoking them INSIDE at the local hospital. You can even smoke them around children's playgrounds.
I think the stuff from NZ that you were referring to is the fake pot (can't remember what it's called). It was just a blend of different legal herbs, but the combination gave a similar high to smoking pot. That has been banned a few years ago, even though you can buy all the ingredients at the local supermarket.

joe, you really should get that dictionary you were asking about some time back.
OR
did you really mean to use the word "except" instead of "accept"?
There really is a big difference between the two words and it changes the whole content of what you are saying.

hi if you read plonk post he also gets his juice from n/z i know at least 10 people on e-cigs and they get there juice from n/z , i dont use it , so somebody will explain why its not available here but have to buy it from n/z . maybe the plonk can explain , maybe its the nigatine or what, as i have said its not banned in vic or nsw , as plonk says you cant buy it at the markets in w/a.
i would be very surprised if you were alowed to smoke in hospitals .

Joe, Joe, Joe......what part of e-cigarettes are not illegal do you not understand. If they are allowed in hospitals it would suggest to me that they are indeed safe and can be used as they do not contain nicotine.

I think this post just reflects that some others have no sensitivity when it comes to seeking to mock others literacy levels.
Personally, I knew eggsaxtly what the poster meant, cant see the point of the post TBH - an educator with true concern of word use, would surely have messaged this info privately.
Back on topic, the serial scammer needs to be brought to justice IMO
on the side discussion - I have learnt much about e-ciggies & the current debates on their value, with or without use of nicotine - thank you
