Shopping Cart / Ebay and Paypal Mobile Apps

Hi All, Is it just me or are these tools provided to buyers not giving them the best experience? Shopping cart system seems to fail on combined shipping mostly. Buyers who purchase multiple items with different default shipping methods end up paying for items separate as it will only combine items of same shipping method. This increases the cost to buyers and reflects bad on sellers. I really want to combine buyers orders to give them the best deal possible but it never happens.

And the mobile apps have there issues to with buyers not able to combine properly and not being able to pay invoices we send correctly. We often have to ask buyers to log into their desktop computers to finalise a transaction and it works every time.

But how do we get eBay to listen to the fact that these "tools" they provide buyers are not giving them the best buying experience. Happier buyers = more buying = more fees...yet they dont listen!
