Should I be charged an insertion fee? The item was removed before any bids due to ownership dispute

Does ebay charge an insertion fee even when the item has been withdrawn after a short period and there were no bids?.

Reason for removal there was a family dispute on ownership. This will mean once the ownership is settled and the item is offered again I will be charged a further insertion fee for the same item.

It's because the movement is almost hypnotic, and I sat there staring at them for long enough to realise it was weird I was staring at animated flies. Smiley Surprised Smiley LOL
