Sick of dealing with people having a bad day so take it out on your site!

I'm Sick of dealing with people who want to trash my site with Negative feedback, because they are having a bad day. then Fee Bay send you a Pre written Email and wont do anything about it.

1st one I accidentally listed something twice, and he was refunded money back straight away?

He was Arrogant, I told him it was Human error! But no Im left with negative feedback.

2nd one brought a $100+ rare item from me for $20 yet complained about post. I told her about Ebays

fee's they charge and offer her a refund. She knew she got it cheap yet told me I was rude and left negative feedback and but kept item. I did everything right and polite!

yet I suffer!

I have also dealt with people with only little feedback to there name, get money back and close their accounts!

There Should Be Rules Made.........

people with little experience and little feedback should not be able to leave negative feedback and

get a refund and then close there accounts.

SHOULD Be certain feedback to be choose from that are relevant to be left! Not because they are having a bad DAY!

However, your replies to them would have me hitting the back button and buying elsewhere.

Do you add your ebay and paypal fees to your postage?

If yes that is NOT permitted.

You can factor them into your start/buy now price price though.

The follow ups you have left do make you look abusive and unfriendly to those that have negged you.

Referring to one as a tosser is NOT a professional look and it was you who is putting your anger into your own feedback received as it will not have any effect on the buyer at all.

If you don't want negs don't stuff buyers about and breach ebay policy, especially don't display the fact you do so in feedback! You were breaching ebay policy by factoring fees and other costs into the postage price which is not allowed, you are only allowed to add a reasonable amount for the cost of the packaging and for the time it takes to select and prepare the item for posting.

Of course sellers make mistakes but that is their bad, not the buyers and if they have missed out on other items waiting for yours to finish only to find that they are not going to get anything why shouldn't they leave a neg?
 

I would probably have left you negs too especially if I had seen your responses to the ones you have.

OH boy I wonder why you got bad feedback,  You have no right to charge ebay paypal fee.s on postage what the ?.   Put the cost on the item not the postage.

Your replies to there neg,s suggests your a bit aggressive. Slow down think about it.

Take a new approach to what your doing.  You called the dude a tosser for being upset he never got what he paid for. Sure mistakes happen and when they do you have to wear the consiquences.  Even if he is a tosser its not good for you to be displaying it to the world.

I personally would have been happy to just get my money back and except it was no longer available.  But not everyone thinks the same.

I would remove the comments you left and change it to something like. Im very sorry I made a mistake and refunded your funds immediately after realising it.

That way any potential buyers will feel a little more secure in purchasing from you.

And supa w/e, thats only partly true on ebay. List it this week get 20 bucks for it list it next week 2 fight over it and you get more than double it. It happens all the time. Items do have a value its just finding the right buyer.

Livelove  its OK your upset 3 neg feedbacks would upset anyone, and these sellers commenting here would blow a fuse if it happened to them.

Put your fee,s on the item not the postage. 

Im not sure why the dude would leave 3 negs  you maybe able to ask ebay to have them removed  if they dont think your postage was to high.

You maybe able to justify your high post fee buy claiming packaging and time to pack and deliver to the post office . That way ebay may remove your 3 negs from the same buyer.

And I dont really understand why he would buy 3 items of you then complain as he must have known what postage was so im smelling a rat, sounds like its more than just postage more like he want to get you back for something.

sweetap, not sure what feedback you are looking at...the OP has 3 negs and 3 neutrals from different buyers.
