So much for free listings

So, I have only used a couple of listings,and, according to my 'promotional offers' I supposedly still have 2 lots of 39 freebies left

Except today when I go to list things it says there is the $1.65 fee

This is both with items I am trying to re-list and with brand new listings

I've done the usual 'fixes' but nothing changes

Has anyone else had this?

I don't think you can put the app onto a laptop. Possibly if you run widoze 10 you might, but not having it, I'm not sure. Maybe someone else who runs 10 might be able to tell you if it's possible.

Same here i contacted ebay and they sent a email say their trying to fixthe problem  carry on and will give refund later  yeah right that was days ago anything i do they charge a fee $1.65 , new or just looking at revise item insert ??  can not afford this ?

I don't think they are trying to hard to fix this. It shouldn't take 4 days.

perhaps they are hoping we will give in and pay it.

Not me.

They said if you list and contact them before the invoice time runs out they will get you a refund.

IF they really actually were, and were serious about the refunds, there would surely have been some kind of proper announcement from them by this time

Since there has'nt been, all it tells me is they hope people don't notice the fee that should'nt be

Exactly the same issue; luckily only listed one item on Saturday when I noticed the $1.65 fee (I have the 40 free per month). Even today, after others have informed them, everytime I try to add, the charge comes up.

However, I relisted a few things on my phone & no fee. But adding new listings is a pain compared to doing it on the home computer I find.

Have a stack of stuff I'm trying to list; hopefuly a fix is sorted soon as it's absurd this issue should persist. False advertising!

Some people are setting up drafts on their computer, then sending them live via the app. Not ideal, but at least they're not being charged a listing fee,.Relisting is easy on the app and quite often quicker, but starting a listing from scratch is horrid.

Get yourself an iPhone and then you can have an app

You can get yum cha brands of smartphones these days for under $100. You'd be able to run the app on one of those. I certainly wouldn't be looking at an iPhone. You only have to sneeze and the screen breaks.
