"Hi i would like to buy 3 ov these cushions buy yu have set some restrictions.....plz can yu remove rhe restrictions. So i can buy i reli like these cushion covers"

My reply:

Generally restrictions are there for my protection as a seller.

If a buyer has:
- received 2 unpaid item strike(s) within 12 month(s)
- a primary postage address in countries that I don't post to
- had 4 policy violation report(s) within 6 month(s)

Then unfortunately I can't sell you the items.
If it something other than the above, then please let me know and I will check my settings.

Oh darn it! I only found it the other day and have been waiting for the perfect time to post it to Joe. Dagnabit!

I've only been to CS a few times, but if it's the same one that should be at the bottom of your message above, I can't see it. For some reason, I can't access that "sherv" site. Any smilies you post from there I can't see, I just get a black box with a white X in it. Even if I try to access it from a google search I just get a page not found error 😞

You know what I just love about it?

In your very first sentence, you are very explicit about the reason for blocks, you lay it on the line.

Your protection as a seller.

Yet it is a model of politeness & reason.

It's not about their convenience.

But you don't close the door completely, you just make it crystal clear exactly what situations might block them and why.

And all in 7 short lines. Well done!!

I love it because although sellers can place restrictions, I think it is important that buyers who come up against a block know exactly why. It's about consequences.

Sooo,  tippy are most of my smileys going to waste on some people?

I only c&p most of them, but favourites I save

Some I'm able to see, others I can't. It only seems to be the ones from that particular site. I even tried to access that site on my phone and still got the same error message. It's weird that if I search for a particular smilie that you've posted in google, it will give that site in the results, but then doesn't work when I click on it (I can see what they are by right clicking and then opening properties.....I can then see the name of the smilie and the link to the website).

It's possible that they are only being wasted on me. Someone else posted a screenshot one time and the picture appeared for them.
