Somehow I managed to end up on ebay.com.UK; thankfully I realised before I started doing some listings, but when I wanted to go back to eBay.com.au I could not find the "flags". When I clicked on the "ebay" logo all what I got was pages and pages of items I looked at over the past year, and nowhere I could find how to change countries. in the end I logged out and turned everything off, and then started again. Does anybody know where did the "flags" go or is there another simple easy way?

Do you mean the flags under Legal & more on the ebay home page (near bottom?)

when I mouse over ebay sites (home page under Legal & more) the flags show, if that is the flags you mean?

I was stuck on US site once after looking at some items there. From memory I closed all windows and started with a new tab and clicked on my usual shortcut. Otherwise, shut the computer down and restart maybe?
I have also tried to buy something from a seller and when I questioned them on postage to Aus they said they didn't send to Aus, they were in the UK and only sold to Europe. They are still showing in the category search I sometimes do for these types of items, so there may be some issues with overseas cross pollinations these days.
So many changes lately, and from these discussion boards, so many glitches it seems!

LOL, yes that is it; Legal& more is so pale blue on my computer I did not see it until I started to look for it. I just kept scrolling and looking in the right corner, or looking up around the top.

of course you can just type
www.ebay.com.au into your search bar

Don't blame you for wanting to get back to Aus, the sun is actually shining today but it is back to doom and gloom again tomorrow, nobody told the weather it was meant to be summer :_|
I often swap from one site to the other and I must say I have never looked for a link, i just type .co.uk or .com.au in the address bar.

I rang Customer Support over a week ago and my call started in the Philippines for Trust & Safety problem then when she said I would be automatically transferred to an Australian support officer I ended up speaking with a person who acts for the UK (not actually in the UK mind you, so then .... get this .... they said I was not speaking to anyone who could help, they couldn't even transfer my call, I had to re-phone a different Help number again. Once again, by the time I had listened to all the recorded messages, pressed buttons etc.. the new once off code given had already expired after 15 mins! An absolute joke of a company with absolutely no collective responsibility.
