Not sure why but the amount I was paid by a buyer is different to the amount I was asking for the product.
I didn't have any discounts on the item as I thought it was reasonably priced and didn't accept any offers. Has this happened to anyone else before?

It shows the figure it sold for 382.50 minus fees etc

Fees were extra, 382.50 was the sale price

My immediate thought was fees also.

I looked at an item I sold yesterday through an offer and yes there is no mention in payment details or transaction details. You may have gotten an email with information if an offer was used or it may show at the top of the item listing page. Otherwise I have never noticed anything like that.

Hey thanks everyone for the replies, I still don't know what may have happened and I have checked all the different shop sections for possible offers/coupons etc which i have none out there.
My thinking is that it was either an offer that I did weeks ago with a bunch of different listings or.... Ebay have done an offer on my behalf? the second I highly doubt so the first is the most likely scenario. If it is the first I am not sure how I could find out because the detail of the purchase only has the cost of purchase ( listing price-15%) and fees. I did try and ask the ebay contact bot but it couldn't figure out what my question was about.
In this case I am going to put it down to experience and see if I can figure it out further down the line as part of my sales journey.
Thanks again everyone for the input.

I just checked a couple of items I sold with the make an offer (me making it), and it doesnt display the original price prior to offer just the offer price. I can understand why, as that is the price you were asking from that specific seller.
So yes if you have sent offers, it will be the offer price.
