Of course it wasn't showing on your offer page because it hasn't started yet.  I went into my history of offers and clicked on the 5802 one and it showed me that it was going to start in 2 days' time.  I check every day when they're getting close to being due again and they always show up two days beforehand.

i don’t get it. I have a store and don’t pay for listings and I get offers all the time?

i would prefer x amount of items promoted to the top free every month 😳
