An item I sold on eBay but forgot to get the six digit code or the QR code for pickup item has gone but how do I make the item picked up now when I've forgotten to Mark item picked up can you assist what do I do

I have an open pickup where the buyer selected to collect and not post and I got them to pay online so I could drop it off as it was near me.

I was going to ask ebay what to do besides asking the buyer for the code as mbg is not an issue. But I had no luck finding the callback option (I was sent a message a few months ago it was available between business hours to some sellers). I guess I will just archive it soon and ask for the code next time if they are not home.

This option has now disappeared for me & only the code can be entered to signify collected.
