Tell me ebay continue to hold money owed, even though the customer has received item and has left positive feedback? I have numerous on fold even though they have received within 3 days after they paid.
It just collector cards, nothing is going to changed with them, I have no way to contact ebay through a number in Australia itself, I'm forced to self help or then thr chat, where they have no idea what they're doing.
I really need the money that's held, is over $600, and still have to wait another 1-2 weeks one payment is a month? Even though the buyer is happy. Makes no sense, and really pushing me away from using ebay.
I have so many on hol d

You agreed to the terms when you listed the items for sale and ticked you had read and agreed to etc
Nothing other members can do
No, it's not 'joke' , but even if it were, you agreed to it to be able to list
Same rules for all new sellers and infrequent sellers
CS staff do not have the power/authority/ability to override/lift holds
It does not matter what the items were, nothing to do with it
Not sure why you cannot contact anyone through the Managed Payments 'help' phone number
At least you sent the items within your handling time
Many people who think the holds should not apply to them don't

It is pretty simple, once ebay are satisfied that you do not pose a security risk, holds no longer apply.
There are set metrics that apply in determining if you pose a risk or not.
No one here or at ebay, knows how genuine you are.
If the items were sent with tracking, you can contact ebay CS, via live chat, advise that an item has been delivered and +FB received, and politely request funds be released early. Note: this is at the discretion of ebay.

You could always try another selling platform. Who knows, that might be your answer

The Managed Payments system came in almost 3 years ago. There were many emails from Ebay about it, as well as banners that showed up in the seller hub which outlined the process and what sellers needed to do.
If you had stayed up to date with the changes, you could have signed up and been verified ages ago and then all that would have happened is a 30 day hold for sellers who are new or infrequent listers.
The chat reps cannot assist you - they can only follow the protocols that Ebay has set. They cannot circumvent anything, irregardless of the fact that the item was sent and buyer is happy.
Just so you are aware - all the other big platforms were already using managed payments long before Ebay implemented it here.
You say you have some $600 pending - so it looks like that contains all the sales you've had for the year. Can you confirm that you have actually signed up with a DL or passport and that your bank account has been verified as well (micro deposits)? If you are, your payments should have flowed through from approx 10-12 Feb (taking the date of the first sale being 11th Jan). If you haven't, you'll never see the funds until you comply with the requirements.
Going forward, if you continue to sell on a regular basis, the hold will fall away after a few months and then you can set your payout schedule to daily/weekly/monthly. Perhaps consider halting your current listings until you are sorted out?

Transaction holds are when a hold is placed on funds related to a particular buyer transaction. The funds on hold may be used to refund the buyer for the same transaction.
While proceeds from your sales typically become available within 2 days of confirming the buyer's payment, a transaction hold may be placed on funds while we ensure a successful transaction. To reduce the likelihood of a transaction hold, we recommend posting an item the same day your buyer pays for it and following good postage practices, such as adding tracking information to your order.
Tip
If a hold is placed on your funds, it will usually be resolved within 30 days, but in rare circumstances it may take longer. For most orders, adding tracking information can help you receive your funds faster. eBay does not earn interest on held funds.
Ebay can, do and have a history of releasing funds early. As stated previously it is solely at ebays discretion.

It's here to help protect good buyers and sellers, serve out the required period to benefit us all. iIt's a great policy on the part of Ebay
But if as mentioned above it goes back some time, there are other issues that we are not aware of.

It's a rort! How much money is eBay "holding"? The interest they earn must be immense.

The trick is to ensure you get your money released.
Minor issues like paying attention to detail, which bumping a 20 month old thread would suggest you don't
