Hi everyone.
I have loads of celebrity clippings to list on eBay. At the moment I have the packs that are ready to sell in freezer bags in a magazine holder. The packs that aren't yet complete are in expanding files.
There has to be a better / more convenient way to store and organise the clippings so I was wondering if anyone has any hints or tips for me?
I'd even love some tips on taking photos of the packs as I really want to streamline the process and taking photos always seems to be the longest thing when it comes to my clippings packs.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I want to get everything organzied before the next "100 Free listings" promotion.

Stick them in the freezer?
Take photos as you go. There is no way to really streamline pics as they are what your buyers judge the item on.
if the taking of pics is not worth your effort, then the buyers will probably value your clippings accordingly.

I am out of touch, I had to Google what celebrity clipping are
.
Education is what you get from reading the small print. Experience is what you get from not reading it.

I had to google it too LOL!! Re the photographing, if the bundles you want to sell are of the one celeb, you can have 12 photos per listing. I would photograph the whole bundle so buyers can see the whole lot in one photo, then photograph the best highlights of others that might spark someone's attention. For example, if that celeb has got a sidewalk star, or there was a scandal of some kind. Maybe photograph some headlines.
I probably wouldn't go overboard on photographing the photos because a collector would know what the celeb looked like already. You could probably use a photo of the celeb as your main photo then fill the rest in accordingly. Point out in the description that eBay only allows 12 photos per listing, but you have lots more photos by request. Do a search for other sellers selling the same thing and see what photos they have.

I'd probably look at current listings AND completed listings to get a feel for what other sellers are doing.
You don't want to make too much work for yourself if the lots/packs are of lower value.
As for storage: what about buying a pack of those clear plastic pages and a 3 ringed binder. I keep
some of my collectables like that (trading cards and other ephemera). Easier to view/access than
files and boxes!
I don't know if there is a way to streamline the photos process. Maybe just set aside some time
and just do them one pack after another, maybe a couple photos of each (1 of the bundle and
another with a few of them spread out), neutral background and some good light. Good luck.
