I can see this guide
http://pages.ebay.com/help/pay/questions/buyer-invoice.html
But it says to select the item from the sold tab(and select the item), how can I select and active item - adjust the cost and then ivoice them?
They have not bought it yet, but I want to sell from an active listing and use the details and pic, just change the price.
I do not want to change the original listing, just use that template - copy it.
I just relisted it, and told them the item number.
Thanks

If you are handling both IDs on the same computer they will show as having the same IP address....no amount of denying it will get you out of trouble with ebay if they investigate you.
Rather than reporting other members you should look at your own actions and how they might get you into trouble with ebay.

One account is my personal account - my email my credit card my personal details and his bank account
The other is my uncles account - his email - his credit card and his personal details and his bank account- i manage it for him. i am not involved in any personal transactions.
As I have explained, in another thread my phone auto logs into my personal account and I forget that it does as i am out and about and reply to threads ( I have the app logged into his details). And, I thought that logged me into his account on the forum, but it did not.
Stop this bullying
Both accounts have seperate names and details.

Report away. Just make sure you remember to put the asterixes in my name. I'm not the one who is breaking eBay's rules. I'm not the one who is on the verge of never being able to sell on eBay again. I'm not the one who is about to get into trouble. That's not a threat, that is fact. There's a big difference.
Because I know you refuse to read the site map, because you are lazy, there is no way you would look for the feedback manipulation policy, so for your benefit, here it is for your enjoyment. I've highlighted the important bits that apply to you:
What are the guidelines?
These guidelines also apply to digitally delivered goods.

Reporting a violation
Help us make Feedback and detailed seller ratings as fair and honest as possible. If you see a violation of our policy, report it to us. Be sure to provide the member's user ID, the item number (if applicable), and a brief summary of the situation. Here's where you can file a report:
Report members who are artificially increasing their Feedback score.
Report members who are trying to damage your (or another member's) Feedback score or detailed seller ratings.
I didn't say I was going to report you, but as you can see, it's a reportable offence. I just know there are plenty here who are trying to keep eBay honest. They will gladly report dishonest sellers, which you have shown yourself to be. It doesn't matter whether one account is yours and one is your uncles, the feedback was left purely to increase your feedback score. As mentioned above in red, policy violation, which can see BOTH accounts closed down. EBay will see that both accounts are active from the same IP address, so will take all of 30 seconds to know that the accounts are related.
As for not posting on your threads, try and stop me. As mentioned by others, you can't stop anyone posting on any thread. We can and will post on any thread we like. You don't own the thread. Only the moderators have the power to stop someone posting on a thread. The way you're going, that person will be you.

I note the sudden appearance of an uncle and mental health issues which didn't seem to exist earlier.
And if electric is the uncle, why is the nephew so insistent on getting raised limits? Does the uncle know he (the uncle) is an eBay seller with a store? Who pays the bills?

Oh **bleep**.
they are not related. They have no details that are similar.
So, what if I bought something from my uncle's account and I needed it for personal use. I did not continually buy other items, and I have plenty of people buying from him now and leaving positive feedback.
What I dislike is negative comments like
Your stupid.
You have 2 accounts, we are going to threaten you
Dont care what you say I am always right
I can do what I want.
over it. I am no longer comming back to this thread.
Good bye.
i manage his account, I told you that.
go away will you all.
i am trying to be nice, and I am sick of **bleep** for tat
it is his account! I have nothing to do with it financially.
Get over it and go away.
i came here to ask for help, obviously i did not expect being harassed and abused.
leave me alone. Dont comment on any of my threads ever

It doesn't matter whether you have a financial interest in the account or not, you have control of the account, therefore eBay will see it as feedback manipulation. You don't have to own the account, it could be anyone you know or live with. The fact you are accessing both accounts from the same IP address, eBay don't care. As far as they are concerned, you have access to both accounts, therefore you are buying thing from the other account for the purpose of inflating your feedback.
Ooooops, I commented on your thread. Sue me.

Can someone, anyone, tell me how OP has gotten feedback
for things that do not appear in his sold listings?
They have also complained about listing limits, yet have managed to
end over 20 listings this month, some being relisted
Just gets dodgier.............................

Possibly cancelled sales where the feedback was left before cancellation Stalks?????
Definitely dodgy if that's the case, are there more "uncles" out there somewhere...................
