Unable to list items

Is anyone else having problems listing items on ebay. The tools just will not let me put in a description of the item I wish to sell. Very annoying and ebay not answering my requests for help

Well, it is Friday  and public holiday; what exactly do you mean that it does not let you put in description?  Do you mean you cannot type in the description field, or that it does not get saved?  In any case, I would never try to list anything on Friday, especially if you list for 7 days, as there may be problems when the auction is ending and people may not be able to bid.

I'm also having trouble with the add photo section, it will open up to "select pictures for upload" and that's it. I can't go anywhere else just cancel button on that page.

Update: I managed to list my items via Firefox.

Thank you all for your replies. I have tried internet explorer and firefox and still unable to list. When i chose a catergory and tick the box it comes back that i have not chosen a catergory very frustrating.
