My Ebay indicates I have 4 unanswered questions, but when I go to my message Inbox, none are showing. When I locate the item under active selling, and it also says there is an unanswered question, clicking on the link to respond takes me back to my Inbox, where there are no quesions waiting! Anyone else got a similar problem?

Whenever you enter a message exchange with another member and you are the recipient of the final message in the exchange (even if everything has been sorted between you), it sits there as an unanswered message.

At least, that's wht has happened to me.

Click on the link that says you have x unanswered questions. It will bring up all associated listings and show a red banner. Pull up the dropdown menu for each one and select 'mark as answered'.

If ever there was a EBay game show ... my money would be on you (& a few others)....You've got all the answers!! I don't get how you always know!! Very helpful to have people like you on the boards here for the rest of us! If u could charge for this knowledge u'd be rich!

Thanks for the suggestion but I've been around long enough to know about this and I usually delete the final message that no longer requires an answer.

Oddly enough, the notification has disappeared this morning. No idea what is going on - just another ebay glitch I guess.

Thank you, there's definitely a bunch of stuff I have no idea about though. This was just one of those things I found after being pestered / annoyed for ages by eBay continually telling me to answer 'questions'.
