I get the NEGATIVE feedback from buyer who NEVER paid - had no intention of paying AND has a history of non-payment as well. I though once the dispute had been finalised (to which she never responded) neither party could leave feedback at all! What a joke this feedback system is!
Oh and she has the audacity to bid on my items to which I have cancelled and now blocked her!

Ebay will remove it if the buyer did not make contact or payment during the dispute.
The names familiar to me ??? must go and check BBL
There is definitely currently a relatively simple way to leave feedback for buyers / sellers after a dispute is closed, but not going to post details on boards for public consumption and potential misuse.

As a mostly buyer I do read the neg comments left by people if it seems like the seller has mostly positives. Then I check what sort of feedback the neg leaver normally leaves. Looking at your buyer I would not even worry about her comments I would still by from u. She leaves a lot of negs has negs herself and leaves negatives in pos spot for buyers which shows me she is un trustworthy anyway.
Report her and I wish the buyer she left a neg for would report her too.

You really didn't help your case with the feedback you left and I'm guessing the cancelled bids on her auctions are from you!

really? well thats your opinion and not mine. what I replied with was factual and not derogatory. but thanks anyway

Without wishing to buy into a he-said-she-said scenario, I wouldn't buy from either of you.
Your stars are passing unacceptable. And followup to negs tend to be best left as facts, not suppositions.

yes I know 4.6 and 4.7 outta 5 is unacceptable.

Unfortunately yes.
4.4 will get your account restricted.
And buyers are conditioned to expect at least 4.8.

thanks for your input, best you also keep an eye on yours as well then as you have a 4.9.
