My listings are not visible even though active, I had lodged a case, spoke to the ebay customer service rep on 8th Oct, again called them on 12th, again followed up with a call on 15th. Still no reply or update. Each time i had to explain the situation even though my case was lodged. The reply I kept getting -the matter has been forwarded to the IT team. Today, i was transferred on the chat 4 times, each time the customer service rep told me that we are now transferring you to a specialist. The 5th person tells me after looking into the matter for 30 mins that there is nothing called specialist team. And they asked me all sorts of questions again and at the end hung up when I asked them to give me a link or email to lodge my complaint. Such a unprofessional attitude and customer service. I was told that within 3 business day I will get an update / outcome. No emails/ no updates. Infact, the person actually cancelled the chat. It is now 18th and still no clue of why my listings are not visible. All, I have been asking was an update. Very uphauling behaviour.
