Viewing Full Feedback Ratings?

Hi, I'm wondering how to view the full feedback ratings from buyers eg: postage time/fees, item described as etc. A buyer has recently given me good feedback but has rated me poorly in the star ratings section, and I would like to know who it is so I can make a complaint within ebay, or at the very least block them. I hope I am just missing something as I think the seller is entitled to see the full feedback ratings, as it seems someone could just hit the positive feedback button, leave a nice comment, and then rate you 1 out of 5 in all other relevant departments, and you may never know who it was. Very strange.

Hey Patch a seller can add any buyer to our BBL by adding user id manually ๐Ÿ™‚

Re: Viewing Full Feedback Ratings?

Unless it has a number and percentage on the right nobody has left you a 1 or a 2 star rating. It probably means that several of your buyers left 4s and several 5s which is perfectly all right and will be as good or better than the majority of ebay sellers.

I only ever look at my DSRs once in a blue moon, I use my time to create listings, process and post items and deal with all the rest of the things selling on ebay entails, looking at my feedback and DSRs doesn't make me any money so why would I waste time worrying about something that is outwith my control.

I list as accurately as possible, I post as soon as possible, I package well, I communicate as and when needed and have very good customer service skills, as long as I know I am doing everything right I leave my DSRs to take care of themselves.

Re: Viewing Full Feedback Ratings?

Recently, I had noticed that we had been left several 1's and 2's, which was very inconsistent with the feedback that we had received. After a little back tracking I came to believe that a few of my competitors were purchasing some of my cheaper items, leaving great feedback and marking me low to sabotage my DSR and possibly force down our TRS status. I contacted Ebay and made a point about it and they said they would look into it for me.

Imagine my surprise just before Christmas when I received an email from Ebay letting me know that they has reviewed my DSR and my allegations, and had "taken action to protect my TRS status and removed the 1's and 2's from my account. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Apparently my little hunch was right after all. Not the best story I Know but i felt like I had won one for the little guy lol

Re: Viewing Full Feedback Ratings?

I too had my TRS 'protected' without even knowing I had received 5 low DSRs (I rarely check them) until I received an email from ebay saying they could see the low DSRs were not consistent with the rest of my performance ratings and there fore I would keep my TRS.

I presume they were left by a buyer who purchased 5 items totalling nearly $100 and who argued the toss over postage when I point blank refused to send in a yellow pre paid express satchel (never offered) and said if she wanted them express she would have to pay for platinum express as I had based the postage cost on click & send as I WAS going to have PP seller protection.
