Don't you just love T&S warm and cuddly approach - we'll work with you to sort out what we consider to be problems with your listings.
If only...!!!
Sorry, but the eBay cynic bug has really gotten to me today. And this has really ramped it up.

I'm sure these kits has been in your family for many years - but have you got proof of purchase, Certificate of Authentication or anything else that says you own your own property, and can therefore sell it on eBay.

The only indicator is that I own it. And if eBay asked any questions, my answer would be told in two short words...!!!

That's right, we need to educate buyers ourselves, some how.

Maybe you could start selling Certificates of Authenticity
I doubt if you could compete with the Chinese factories that churn these out by the thousand every day.
It has always been the case that unless you can prove authenticity for any item, new or second hand, a buyer is going to win an item not as described case and if they know what they are doing will be able to get the refund without having to return the item.

There is a Chinese site I know of that sells mass produced knock-off wrapping, boxes, bags, manuals and certificates of authenticity for all of the high end brands of a particular product type..........................
.................and yes, I have bought something from them I just wasn't prepared to pay what the real manufacturer wanted for an embossed cardboard sleeve that goes around the box that the item comes in after the original got wet and nasty.
