Many people are still having reasonable success with selling. It is not as good as it was 1-2 years ago and seems to be getting harder all of the time. My stores and private sales are still plodding along near to long term averages. I,m not having too many problems with all the recent changes, but my client base is mature aged men who have a bit of life experience. I wouldnt want to be selling womans clothing or phone accesories to teenagers. It all depends on what you are selling and who your clients are as to wether ebay still works. Anyone who was young and enthusiastic could probably still build a great business on ebay. Unfortunately I,m no longer young or enthusiastic.
Depends what you're selling. It it's fair priced quality products then yes it's a waste of time. If it's cheapo price lead chinese rubbish then you will probably make a killing.
