What is a reason period for a buyer to request a refund based on not being?

Hi All

I have recently received a message from a buyer whom purchased an items 3 months ago, the inital request was claiming a supposed warranty issue (this included scatching after 3 months of use??) to which I replied advising to return the productfor warranty assessment.

This afternoon I get a reply asking "seeing as I'm not happy with the product I am requesting a full refund."

Am I wrong in thinking this is request is simply not reasonable?

Cheers All

Its outside a paypal claim so they cant push it. If its a new item with manufacturers warranty then it depends on manufacturers warranty terms. What was the item and what was the fault?

What is a reasonable time to not hear from a seller when the seller doesnt send your product? I have emailed the seller several times with no reply? Any suggestions Now Direct 88?

Technically you can raise an item not received claim once estimated delivery period ends. It would be normal to give it a few more days, and if they dont reply to direct messaging, raise item not received dispute/request.

Is it the iPhone cover you bought on 1st May?

There are any number of sellers with similar id's.

The seller of the iPhone case has so many negs for no communication and

non-delivery,  your best bet would be to follow lyndal's advice and open an INR case

in a few days
