What is the email address for ebay, please?

I spent three hours listing my first item to sell on ebay. Finally, I had one more thing to do and this was to click onto the 'Continue' button. When I did this, a message came up saying that a PIN Number would be sent to me via my phone or text. I added my phone number and clicked 'Text.' A message came up telling me to put in a valid phone number. I did this many times over and the same message kept on coming up. I gave the number to my house mate and I asked him to call my number. My phone rang. I got him to text me too, and I got the text. When I tried to go back to the product I was listing to sell, it had vanished.

When I went to Customer Support, they had no category under "Selling An Item" for the problem I was having. After spending another hour trying to get Customer Support and not getting it, then I have come here. Thank you

I agree totally as I am experiencing difficulties with ebay
and am still trying to locate my order which I never received a order number for but am paying for the item.

3 Where is it coming from'

4 What is the item number (on the RHS of the listing page).

Help a seller in Japan told me my order could not be sent until Japan post opened up to Australia because there was a band on post due to covid I said I would wait. So all was good . But now I believe that not to be true I have been informed there is post to Australia from Japan . So I emailed back and now an email shot's back saying email does not exist . I mega **bleep** this also happend with an order from Brazil no post to Australia I emailed that seller. Seller gave up and is giving me a refund . I still have to check my bank balance to see if it happened. Why are they posting stuff on eBay Australia when they know/think Australia will not accept mail because of covid . I'm absolutely confused I feel like I'm been scammed . Where can I complain to I need to post screen shots of emails as proof I can't find a phone number to eBay they all say phone call can not be connected . HELP I need to contact eBay personally not through the process that was not made up for this kind of complements

It's easy, go to the "help" button at the top or bottom of any page, scroll to the bottom and click on "chat with us".

That is the only option available at the moment due to COVID-19.

I kep getting meesages sent to me about items I purchase 6 months ago. I went to the Settings on my account and ebay would not allow me to have a freedom of choice . For that I would like all my data removed from eBay. I will only deal with amazon in the future. I wont feal with terrorism scum from ebay.
