After bidding on 8 items separately, the postage was $95- or pick up. Seller offered to deliver for $65- (all items fragile glass), and sent invoice accordingly. Buyer rings and says "great". Seller gets in car, only to have SMS an hour later - didn't realise you were charging for delivery...can I pick up? Seller says - ok....., buyer says 6pm tonight. We agree. Seller rushes home to be there for appontment time, SMS comes 1/2 hour before pick up - can we do tomorrow ? Sure says seller, they agree on 1.30pm latest. Buyer never turns up, doesn't respond to email, sms or phone. Seller annoyed as 3 times let down now. No payment, no response. How long do I wait as a seller to lodge problem?

Then you need to ring them again and talk to a supervisor. And point out that as no transaction occurred, feedback is not only irrelevant, it is, by their own policy, liable for removal forthwith.

I've done all that ,even emailed eBay and basically been told it's the buyers right to leave their opinion and they won't remove it. Even though all feedback was left after dispute was closed and final value fee issued back .
When eBay may remove or adjust Feedback
However, if you did/have not COMPLETED the unpaid item process...

RING THEM!
Talk to a supervisor.
As has been advised ad nauseam.
If you email, you get the bottom of the food chain, looking for excuses to not make decisions OR make work for themselves. Or you can wear the neg. Your choice.
I know what I'd be doing.

your 600 fb ar NOT what counts, only the 8 you have received in the last 12mnths count, that's why 1 neg has slid you down to a totally unacceptable 88%!!!!!!
ring them, get it removed

I would cancel the sale, saying the items were no longer available. Wait a few weeks and list it again, buy now and requiring immediate payment on purchase.

I doubt this is still an issue for the OP when they posted 7 and a half years ago
Likely to get a defect if they gave the reason item is not longer available with any current sellers having this issue

this thread is 7 years old. A lot of the information provided in reply to the Opening Poster may not be relevant now.
The procedures surrounding non-payment have changed these last few months. No need to wait weeks after cancelling due to non-payment.
