What to do if you get negative feedback when the guy looked at it first then paid for it

It was a 60 yr old motorcyle and i wrote that it had not been started for 4 years and all the problems it had and now he is saying that it was not as described . He came and looked over it then payed for it and now he says he not happy

sadly there is nothing you can do about the neg. 

it is a pity and your followup was fine, just move on and forget it.

I know there is limited space for follow up feedback, but I would have included the buyer inspected the bike before paying.
