When a buyer orders big and does not pay ....

Hi was wondering if anyone can answer this for me i had a buyer purchase 21 items of me at the buy it now price on the 17th may today is the 2nd June and due to many attempts payment still has not been made i have now since opened a dispute on all 21 items now my worry is not the fact she won't pay as i know ill get the final fee back but how much did i miss on other buyers who would have paid for the product ... And to top it of she has just now purchased 18 buy it now goods from another account of mine ..... what is my best approach for dealing with this ....

Could be a hijacked account. Are you getting any responses to messages? If not call ebay to let them know you suspect a hijacked account and they will look at it.

I got a reponse from the sold 21 items as i asked what colours she wanted she answered that question but has avoided all others about payment ....

Bottom line is im trying earn some cash as im a single parent doing it tough..... and one lot i guess i can miss out on but now the potential to lose another 18 possible sales will hurt as ebay charge you to relist ...

Call ebay, you can get their number via customer support, click on Contact us, they will provide a number or you can select for them to call you,  explain that the initial buyer has maliciously bid on your items to disrupt your listings and so preventing a chance of sales, that they have not paid, and now appear to be doing it again to other items with a different ID,

Auction bombing is against ebay policies, and this appears to be the case here.

sorry I misread,  she is purchasing from another of your accounts?  is she using the same ID?

Block her now so she can`t purchase any more.

Ok thank you so much i will def give them a call tomorrow and sought something out ... I did notice on her feedback score she does buy big with sellers but she has bought and paid for items after she bought mine and since she was online to bid on more tonight means she has ignored the unpaid item dispute.....

Yes same id i had no reason to block her until now ...... as i did not realise she would do it again ...

Please block both IDs asap if you haven't yet otherwise she will be able to win as many of your auctions as she wants to.

NO reason!?  The moment I have to open NPB dispute that ID goes on my BBL.  Only if they would then pay , respond, explain oversight (or what ever) and apologise, I would take them off the BBL.
