Where is the Schedule start time in new form 2018?

I am trying to list an item with a particular Scheduled start time for the auction.

Where is the input for this?

I am NOT a fan of the new forms.

I've also not seen that listing format. Try clicking that link at the top of the page "change listing preferences". Might be something in there where you can select what options you have visible.
