Why Is there NO SUPPORT chat anymore?!

Hey guys

I need to speak with someone in support. I love the chat function they used to have but for the life of me I cannot find it. There is no number, no email and most importantly no chat.

I've been a member for 25 years. Is this the final nail that says Ebay isn't here for the sellers who helped build their empire?

Even as an Ebay PLus member I don't seem to count. Anyone know how does one actually get on to a real live person?

Go to the top of the page and click on "ebay help" find the topic that closely addresses your problem then scroll to the bottom for the contact choices. Then ask to speak to a supervisor.

Note, emailing them is pointless because it's bot driven.

As mentioned, there is chat, it is at the top of every page

You should be able to request to speak to a real person in that chatbot

Is it something other members can assist with?

Is about about your funds being held as you are an 'infrequent' seller?

Is it in regard to the neg from the item that never arrived with no communication?  (and if so, did that happen while you had your 'away' banner up?)
