Why do i have 10% off with code APAY10 on some of my listings when i did not create the sale?

I just check my listings and see that there is  10% off with code APAY10 on some of my listings and i did not do this myself. I am losing out on the 10% from the sale which i did not create and Ebay also take their percentage. This is so wrong!!!

As far as I am aware, that is an code 'funded' by eBay' not the seller 

Have you contacted eBay to confirm this and been told otherwise?

I have 2 sales made by the same buyer (yet to be paid for) and the discounted price is showing in the order details. Which to me shows that the discount is not being funded by Ebay it is coming out of our pocket and on top of that Ebay take their commission etc

Yes, it will show in the order details as what they buyer is paying

If the amount to be paid to you is less than it ought to be, you will need to contact eBay (who will no doubt tell you to contact afterpay and visa versa

The 10% off is funded by afterpay  not you
