Why do i have 10% off with code APAY10 on some of my listings when i did not create the sale?

I just check my listings and see that there is 10% off with code APAY10 on some of my listings and i did not do this myself. I am losing out on the 10% from the sale which i did not create and Ebay also take their percentage. This is so wrong!!!

How can buyers buy an item at a cheaper price than what it is listed for?

I have an item priced at $39.95 free postage.A buyer purchased this item and was only charged $37.95.I did not send a code for any discount and they only made a single purchase

What happens if you sell small items that you cannot supply tracking for?

Can someone please tell me how you are suppose to send small cheap items that can be sent for $2.20 etc in a padded envelope when they are not eligible to be tracked and the letter envelopes with tracking cannot be used? The total cost for this item ...
