Have had a buyer bid on lots of my items recently after not paying for items already won. I ended up looking at their feedback of which they have over 200 positive, to discover a large amount of that is actually sellers saying that this person bids on multiple items and doesn't pay. Whilst that was helpfull for me in that I could then cancell all their bids, it does nothing to help remove them from ebay! I know it must be tempting for some to get it off their chest and let their feelings be known, but this person does not care one bit anyway. Don't understand why people are not getting their fees back and helping to remove them. Meanwhile, this persons positive feedback is going up and up!

Whilst I dont agree with the green negatives, I can undersatnd the frustration of sellers like myself who are dealing with these idiots on a daily basis
I would like an automatic npb flag to show on a buyers feedback page, put on by ebay
just to name and shame

Not sure why others would think that sellers leaving feedback don't issue strikes - they would just leave feedback prior to closing the unpaid case - easy done.
because we all have our blocks in place and if all those sellers issued strikes, these repeatedly non paying bidders would not be able to bid on our items. i had number of people buying from me and paying, but when I looked at their FB I noticed number of negative comments from sellers re-nonpayment. I am sure that most sellers who know the rules do the case, get their fees back, and do not leave FB. The ignorant ones just leave FB. Few do both.
The reason why strikes are not made public has something to do with privacy issues. And sometimes there are reasons for person not to pay - like they realise the item is fake.
Anyway, these are the rules that we all signed up for.

Whilst your positives with negative comments left for non payers are rather amusing,I'm astonished that a seller with your impeccable feedback & experience would publicly announce that you breach ebay policy.
Gosh, I never publicly announced that I was breaching any policy. I am working within the existing policy. A negative comment is quite subjective after all - the comments I leave simply reflect my experience and communicate what was "great" and what could be "improved"

?:|?:|?:| I find that very hard to believe - if so the same should surely apply to bid retractions.

i did not know you can see bid re-tractions for individual ID; where/how can you find that info?

You need to click on Feedback as a buyer tab to see it ๐

Haha never noticed that. But what do you do with that? If the person bids on your item, do you cancel their bid? It would never occur to me to go checking how many retraction person has done. ?:|

The person I am referring to has out of a 290 positive rating over 100 comments saying didn't pay. (I stopped counting at 100) One person left a comment saying 'why does this person have 100% positive when they don't pay. Well.......that is why! That's why I posted this in first place so mabey some people will see and realise just shouldn't do it. Also after this person bought items from me I actually sent them a second chance offer on a 3rd item they had bid on and lost (to another non paying bidder) I just saw the 100% rating of over 250 and didn't think twice. If it had of been someone with a low rating I would have checked their feedback before being so quick to send the second chance offer. They bought that straight away then placed bids on lots of other items. So then I checked and went, omg, that was a mistake. And really, I don't think many of those people leaving the feedback are also giving them a strike, I mean seriously, if even half of that 100 were strikes, then the person would surely have been removed.
